Our projects span an area of 600 Acres in various land parcels along Bhiwandi-Nashik Highway. Our Flagship project K SQUARE (right before Padhga Toll Naka) is a fully functional Logistic cum Industrial Park. We have further development in the vicinity of K SQUARE park, with Logistic parks like V Square, V3 Park, B Square, D Square, One k Square, One Samruddhi Park etc., with a total development potential of 12.5 million sq.ft.
Though our core competency is development of warehouses & Industrial Spaces, we have also successfully ventured into the residential arena with our projects YELLOW TREE at Shahapur and Godrej Nirvaan (a J.V. between Prakhhyat Dwellings LLP & Godrej Properties) at Bhiwandi-Kalyan Junction.
